Foreigners or ‘Expats’ and their dependents intending to reside in Central America or in the Caribbean, must apply for an immigration status or category that suits their living conditions or needs.

Each government has its own immigration requirements and regulations that vary and can change without prior notice. Proof of valid health insurance is also usually required for all individuals and family, for the entire duration of residency.
